Frog Orr-Ewing is Rector of Latimer Minster, oversees the Minster’s weekly congregations and has overall responsibility for the Minster projects. In 2003 he became the youngest incumbent in the country as vicar of All Saints church in Peckham after a curacy at St Aldates Church in Oxford. Despite Peckham’s many challenges, over seven years the congregation witnessed marked growth and breakthroughs in community engagement and mission. As well as his role at the Minster Frog is Chaplain and Missioner to the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics.
Amy Orr-Ewing is a Trustee of Latimer Minster, and Chairman of the Board. As UK Director for the RZIM Zacharias Trust and Programme Director for the the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics, over the last 10 years Amy has become established as an evangelist, author and leading apologist in Europe, combining a seriousness of thought with appeal across several generations, contributing to Radio 4 broadcasts and is the author of several books. She has spoken all over the world, in such varied places as to the West Wing staff at the White House, The USA Naval Academy at Annapolis, the European Leadership Forum in Hungary and the Keswick Convention, and has become a trustee for Keswick ministries. She has been writing books and speaking at conferences aimed at youth and young adults for over a decade on such subjects as apologetics, the contemporary church and Islam.
Frog and Amy are both Associate Lecturers at St Paul’s Theological Centre in London and were sent with the Blessing of the Peckham congregation on Pentecost in May 2010 to plant Latimer Minster. Together they have exceptional experience of motivating young adults, and training them in evangelism and mission for the contemporary world. Some of their values for missionary congregations are written up in ‘DEEP’, published by Authentic (2008).

Andrew Turner is setting up the Minster’s Market Garden, Sunday worship , works with the local homeless initiatives and leads one of the Minster’s Pastorates with his wife Amy (a Children’s and Families Worker for the parish of Chalfont St Peter). Andrew grew up in Devon and studied Business and Live Sound Recording before becoming self employed. Before moving to be part of the Minster he worked as an intern at All Saints Peckham as part of the children and youth team. Andrew has a passion for seeing the Church continue to worship and love God, and to see her impact this nation.

Penny Scott hosts the mid week communion service and is involved in women’s ministry. She is married to Tim and they have two children Luke (15yrs) and Imy (13yrs). As a family they enjoy hosting lunches for the church once a month and their home is often used for lodging interns! After completing a philosophy degree at Birmingham University and a brief spell as a trainee dealer in the stock market Penny has spend most of her early working life in PR. She currently runs Squirrels Nursery in the family home. In business for over 10 years it has achieved two Outstanding ratings from Ofsted. She has also been assessing the Early Years Professional Status for Oxford Brookes University. Penny has recently been taking a part time course in prayer ministry skills and is excited about seeing God transform people’s lives bringing new areas of freedom.

Jennie Hartley looks after the Minster’s money and personnel, creates order where there is none and, with her husband Tom, helps Frog & Amy lead the Minster’s Sunday congregation in Beaconsfield. After completing an under-grad and Masters Degree at Cambridge, and working for the UNHCR, Jennie spent the last three years working at All Saints Peckham, setting up the Storehouse- a financial inclusion project offering debt counselling in partnership with the national charity Christians Against Poverty (CAP) and running financial education courses helping people to get to grips with their money. Through this Jennie was able to come alongside many people and share the hope found in Jesus. Jennie is excited to be involved in getting the Minster off the ground and seeing South Bucks transformed by the love of God.
Tom Hartley is responsible for the strategic planning, technology, and building projects of Latimer Minster, the London Fellows Programme in partnership with the C.S. Lewis Institute and, with his wife Jennie, helps Frog & Amy lead the Minster’s Sunday congregation in Beaconsfield. After reading Economics at Cambridge University and a career in Her Majesty’s Civil Service – including as the Private Secretary to the Minister for Security & Counter Terrorism – Tom is now putting his company – Hartley and Son – and project delivery skills at the disposal of the Latimer Minster, along with other companies, charities and churches. In his spare time Tom enjoys anything that gets him outdoors and spending time with his wife and new son, John Edward Thomas.

Simon and Natasha Edwards recently moved from Australia to the United Kingdom and joined the minster team in september 2011. Together they lead a pastorates in Beaconsfield and enjoy fostering community and discipleship within the life of the Minster. They are passionate about encouraging believers and reaching out to unbelievers.
Natasha is involved in building the worship ministry, and with Jennie she runs a Music + Movement group for Mum’s and Bubs. After completing a Bachelor of Music at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music, Natasha spent her early career as a music teacher before being called into Youth Work in 2004. She then completed an internship + Cert IV in Youth Work and from 2005-2008 worked as the Youth Pastor at Ashgrove Baptist Church. From 2009-2011 Natasha then became the Training Team Leader at Ashgrove Baptist Church developing discipleship courses, organising pastorates and leading the Sunday PM young adult congregation. At the same time she completed her Graduate Diploma of Divinity, and is working towards her Masters whilst taking a break to complete a Certificate of Counselling at the London School of Theology. Natasha’ s experience in ministry is wide and varied, from having worked with children, youth and young adults in area’s such as evangelism, training and worship.
Apart from his leading of pastorates Simon also loves to encourage the men of the minster to enjoy the great outdoors and so you will often find him on Minster Men Walks. Before moving to England Simon worked as a lawyer in public and private practice. He also worked as a secondary school teacher in England from 2004-2006 teaching Religious Education and Citizenship. Back in Australia Simon’s ministry experience includes regular preaching, pastorate leadership, and developing and delivering discipleship courses that equip christians for ministry. Currently Simon is thoroughly enjoying his study at the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics and is excited about implementing what he is learing into the life of the Minster.

Becky hosts and leads a Thursday night pastorate with Debbie Marris and is also involved in women’s ministry. Becky has lived in the area for many years and joined the Minster when it first started in September 2010. She studied an under-grad degree at Nottingham Trent, has spent some time out doing a DTS (Discipleship Training School) and went to Uganda and is now currently working as a Teaching Assistant in a local primary school. Becky loves being creative and making things. She has a heart for the lost and to see the love of Jesus spread in our world.
