Sunday Afternoons
We meet every Sunday at 3pm in The Hub on Turl Street (above Turl Street Kitchen).
April – June 2013
Term-Time Talks
What do you think the top objections to Christianity in Oxford would be? We wanted to find out, so we went and asked people. After collecting information we’ve produced four talks. These are:
- Sunday 28th April – ‘Christianity and War’
- Sunday 12th May – ‘Religions of the world: can we ever know the truth about God?’
- Sunday 26th May – ‘Irrelevant Church: out of date and out of touch’
- Sunday 2nd June – ‘Rediscovering Wonder: how Christianity rescues beauty’

We meet at The Hub on Turl Street
Talks are followed by Q&A with ongoing discussion over coffee at Turl Street Kitchen.
Discovering Jesus
We believe Jesus is alive today and that we can learn about Him through the Bible. Join us as we continue our series in Matthew, as we cover the Beatitudes and Sermon on the Mount.
I do not believe there is a problem in this country or the world today which could not be settled if approached through the teaching of the Sermon on the Mount. - President Truman
These talks dovetail with our tough questions series. Our Matthew talks will be on:
- Sunday 5th May
- Sunday 19th May
- Sunday 9th June
On these Sundays we meet to worship, pray, and discuss the Christian faith.
The worship is ‘unplugged’ and followed by an evangelistic talk of around 30 minutes. Talks are followed by Q&A with ongoing discussion over coffee at Turl Street Kitchen.
Wednesday Prayer
We meet every Wednesday at 7:30am at Starbucks on Cornmarket Street, Oxford. Join us!
