|Recurring Event (See all)
An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Wednesday, repeating until 11 December, 2019
The average person lives for around 600,000 hours. Why not spend a handful of them considering what it’s all about?
Alpha is a series of sessions exploring the meaning of life. Each session consists of refreshments; a video or live talk; and some group discussion. Absolutely everyone is welcome, whatever your perspective on these big questions. Alpha is a space to explore.
The next Alpha at the Minster, Alpha:Foundations, begins on 9th October. We’ll be meeting at Stampwell Farm, from 10am-12pm, for three consecutive Wednesdays; and childcare will be available for those who need it.
To come along and try it out, contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Those who want to continue exploring beyond Alpha:Foundations can then continue with Alpha 2.0, starting 6th November. But there’s no obligation or expectation; why not just try the initial sessions, and see if it works for you?
