Jane Overnell

 

Jane joined the church in 2011 and then came on team in 2016. Jane has had a variety of roles, from hotel and event management, to working within the charity and church sector.

She holds a HND in hotel management, a diploma in Christian  studies and is a qualified chef (so is more than happy to help out at our summer BBQ’s and with lunches).

Her role, as part of the leadership team, involves liaising with the trust, oversight of budgets, external bookings and general site and logistic management.

With the church she co-runs a minster community, pursuing the Holy Spirit and believing in life transforming encounters within the community and our wider network.

Jane loves the outdoors and adores animals and currently lives on site with her dog Bear.

Jane is on the Minster Leadership Team (MLT) which was commissioned in January 2020, with the mandate to ‘set and track the spiritual and strategic direction of the church’. The MLT consists of four staff, and six non-staff church family members, all of whom are deeply committed to doing whatever they can to help our church to thrive as a place of encounter with God, discipleship, and mission.
